We tailor our Sound of Being™ sessions to align with the specific theme and goals of your retreat/event/occasion. Whether focusing on healing, spiritual growth, or enhancing an already special moment; we ensure that the session meets the unique needs of your guests.

The Details
Session Time
A 60-90 minute immersive experience.
Group Size
We cater to all sized groups. For groups of 100 or more, we provide additional practitioners to ensure a high quality, and safe experience.
Locations
We operate Australia-wide (travel fees may apply). We require a quiet, comfortable place where participants can sit or lie down with ease.
We have 16 sets of yoga mats, bolsters, blankets and eye pillows available for rent at an extra cost.
Otherwise, we ask you to organise these with your venue.

If you are a retreat facilitator, event organiser, or space-holder seeking to weave sacred sound and/or ceremony into your offerings, we would love to collaborate with you.

How the EXperience Flows
Before The Event:
- Let’s Connect: We’ll have a friendly chat to understand the vibe of your event and how we can best support you and your guests. We’ll talk through your vision, the space, and anything else you’d like to include.
On The Day of The Event:
- Setup: We’ll arrive 30 to 90 minutes before the start time to create a calm and welcoming space — the exact timing depends on the size and setup of your event.
- Session: Together, we’ll move through a guided experience that includes a gentle welcome, a transformative sound healing journey, and time to land and share at the end.
- Pack Down: After the session, we’ll quietly pack down over 30 to 90 minutes, leaving the space just as we found it.
After the Event:
- Ongoing Support: We can share guided meditations, breathwork tools, and other practices to keep the good vibes flowing — or offer follow-up sessions if you’re keen.
- Digital Gift Pack: You’ll also receive a beautifully curated digital resource with sound tips, practices, and wellbeing tools to continue the journey at home.

For groups of 50 or more, we ask that you provide a sound engineer and equipment such as microphones and speakers. If you do not have access to a sound engineer, we can provide quality sound gear, but there will be an extra hire fee and sound engineer fee on top.
